Personalized Learning

If an individual’s learning patterns could be plotted on a graph, the shape of the resulting curve would be telling. Are we dealing with a visual learner? How important are repetition and rehearsal? Does test anxiety impede the process? The Learning Curve was conceived with the understanding that a more personalized approach to education allows the student to maximize results. It is unreasonable to suggest that classroom settings alone can accommodate the needs of each student. Private tutoring is meant to complement, not replace, group learning. We recognize the importance of identifying individual differences and using a student’s strengths to overcome weaknesses.
